1. Eligibility
Any verifiable resident of The Villages, FL (zip codes 32159, 34731, 32162, 34785, 32163, 34484) may be eligible to enter this drawing as an Entrant. The contest is void where prohibited by law. Employees, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies, and employees’ immediate family members, are ineligible to participate in the contest/sweepstakes. Entrants must meet quality requirements to be considered a valid submission.

3. Agreement to Rules
By entering this “Villages Live" sweepstakes, participants agree to abide by the Sponsor’s (Trader Marketing Group, LLC) Official Rules and decisions. Sponsor reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify entries at their sole discretion. Participant agrees to accept the decision of the Sponsor as final and binding. With entry, the participant allows the Sponsor to use, distribute, edit, and promote any submission as they see fit. Participant releases all rights to their submission once they have entered the sweepstakes.
5. Express Consent
By providing your email and/or telephone number and entering this contest, Entrant agrees to Privacy Policy and Terms of Service and is expressing consent to recurring email, phone, and/or text message communications for marketing purposes from or on behalf of Trader Marketing Group, LLC and/or Vantagepoint A.I., LLC, including via automated technology, artificial or prerecorded messages, or using artificial intelligence, even if the provided phone number is on any state or federal do not call lists. Consent is not required for any future purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Entrant can withdraw consent at any time by emailing optout@vantagepointsoftware.com.
4. Entry Period
The contest begins officially on 12:01 AM ET December 12th, 2024 and submission closes on December 19th 2024 11:59 PM ET. The winner will be randomly selected by January 16th, 2025. Allow up to two weeks after selection, for the winner to be contacted.
5. How to Enter
One entry to the “’Villages Live" sweepstakes allowed per The Villages, FL resident. Valid contact information for your submission is required to be entered into the ’Villages Live" sweepstakes. Participants must agree to all rules for submission. Fraudulent methods of entry will result in disqualification.
6. Prizes
One Grand Prize (1) - One (1) emailed voucher for $1,000 toward VantagePoint Software* (*purchase necessary to redeem, discount off full retail price of any VantagePoint Initial Software Packages. Entrant must speak with a VantagePoint Representative to claim. Voucher has no transferable cash value.)
7. Odds
Odds of winning the “’Villages Live" sweepstakes is dependent upon the number of eligible entries received.
8. Selection and Notification of the Winner
A random drawing under Sponsor's supervision will determine the winner of the “’Villages Live" sweepstakes. Winner will be notified via the email the Entrant provided. Winner has one week to claim their prize or forfeited if he/she doesn’t contact Sponsor within the time limit.
The sponsor isn’t liable for the winner’s failure to receive notification of winning if he or she provided a wrong email address or incorrect phone number or if their email security settings caused your prize notification to go into the spam or junk folder.
If the winner does not claim their prize within the time stated, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
Receipt of the prize is upon the condition of compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
9. Rights Granted by the Entrant
Sponsor will have the right to use the participant’s submission, voice, likeness, image, statements about the contest, for publicity, news, advertising, promotional purposes, trade, and so forth, without any further notice, review, consent, compensation or remuneration.
Entrant shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Sponsor from any suit.
10. Terms & Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel or terminate in the event that non-authorized human intervention, a bug or virus, fraud, or other causes beyond your control impact or corrupt the security, fairness, proper conduct, or administration of the sweepstakes.
The sponsor has the right to disqualify anyone who violates the terms. The sponsor has the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law in cases where a participant has caused deliberate damage or undermined the legal operation of the promotion.
11. Limitation of Liability
Participant’s entry into this “’Villages Live" sweepstakes constitutes his or her agreement to release and hold harmless the Sponsor (Trader Marketing Group, LLC) and its subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, etc., against all claims liability, illness, injury, death, loss, or trading losses, that occurs directly or indirectly from participation in the contest or use/misuse of the awarded prize.

14. Affirmation of Acceptance of and Agreement to All of the Official Rules
By entering the contest, the entrant has affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and expressly agreed to all of the Official Rules.
